2015 Tournament Info!

Check in For Teams

Team check-in for the K2 Elite tournament will be held in the Sevierville Convention center Lobby from 5-8pm on Friday January 23rd. If you cannot make the Check-in on Friday please register your team prior to the start of the pool play on Saturday at the Tournament desk in the back of the convention center.The address of the Sevierville Convention Center is 202 Gists Creek Rd Sevierville, TN 37876.

Other Important Info For Parents!

1) If you are staying offsite there is a daily charge for parking..
2) There is no outside food or drink allowed at any of the tournaments.
There is a cafe and several food vendors within the facility.
3) Players are permitted to bring in waterbottles.
4) Outside chairs are also not permitted as there are plenty of seating around the court and on the bleachers.
(5) Admission tickets & tournament t-shirts will be on sale Friday night from 5-8pm in the convention center lobby. Admission sales will open again at 7am on Saturday. Prices are as follows: $15 for weekend $8 per day. Children 6 and under are free.

It’s on the main road, going into Pigeon Forge. If you're arriving via Seveirville, it will be on our right. It's right across the street from the Tanger Outlet Mall (sorry Dads).

Breakfast is included and is served 6:30-9:30 each morning in the lobby area.
Parking and basic Wi-Fi are also included.

Check in time is 3pm or later on Friday, January 23, 2015.
Check out time is 12 noon or before.
