Coach Houser was the 2011 head coach of the NRV 16 Nationals. You can visit the team here. Their final record was 103 - 49, ranked as high as #3 in the Old Dominion Region & finished #5, the highest of any team west of Richmond. The team won HiNeighbor, finishing 18-0 for the weekend, and had a 32 set winning streak during the month of April, the longest in Coach Houser's career.

In the 2010 club season, Coach Houser coached the incredible NRV 15 National team. They finished 3rd at the Capitol Hill Classic & finished 2nd at the Old Dominion Region Bid tournament. The team's record was 85 and 41.

In 2009, Coach Houser was the coach of the Roanoke 16 National team that won the Old Dominion Region Bid, and participated in Nationals in Miami! The team finished 104 - 42 .

His 2006 15s team also won the Old Dominion Region Bid and took a trip to Junior Nationals in Atlanta!

He was the head coach at Bassett High School for 16 years from 1985 - 2000, winning 267 matches while losing only 47.

He was the head coach at Roanoke Catholic in where he took the team from 1 win the year before he started, to 9 wins in 2002 and to 13 wins in 2003.

While at Bassett, his teams won 11 conference championships and 10 regular season championships. His teams qualified for the Regional Tournament 15 of those 16 years.

	Coach Houser, Lauren, Sara & Caitlyn Dec 2008 at the annual family Christmas gathering in Danville, Va. For the 5th year in a row, Coach Houser's club team reached the #1 ranking in the Old Dominion Region!! Here is his 2010 New River Valley 15's team during the April 17-18 Bid Tournament. The team just finished their favorite game, "Ninja". Ok, so Coach Houser's 2007 Roanoke Juniors 15's team was a little different. But "normal" is boring, right? Here we are after the first day in the 16's division of Shamrock. GREAT JOB!!! This was Coach Houser's 16's team in 2004. They went to Asheville and won the 16's division, finishing undefeated. In this picture, everyone seems to think "it's all Paige's fault!" Coach Houser's stepdaughter Lauren played for Radford University in the fall of 2006 at an OH. Sponge Bob was our mascot that year! At the final day of the 2006 Red Lion Christian Camp in Delaware, each girl showed Coach Houser her spike approach! National Tournament Coach Houser and his wife made it their summer vacation. Here they are standing beside the "not so" Great Salt Lake in July of 2005. Coach Houser's 2011 team was made up of 10 girls from 9 schools! Yet, they still won 103 sets, finished 5th in the ODR rankings, and won HiNeighbor with an 18-0 record. Above is the team in Ashland, Va where the team B&B was located during the ODR Bid Tournament. Coach Houser's 2nd trip to the Junior Nationals was accomplished by his 2009 team. What an amazing group of players from all over the area! Congrats on a fantastic season! The 2008 J.O. season was remarkable! Here we are after WINNING the Capitol Hill Classic without a single person over 5'10"! Coach Houser's 15's Junior Team "Spiked Punch" won a 16's tournament in March 2005 at Hollins! What a fantastic team!! In the fall of 2006, the Radford University team was a great group of girls & parents! Here we are at the U.S. Military Academy in West Point. Lauren is #5, in the front right. Coach Houser's 3 seniors bought him a birthday cake back in February 1999 at Bassett High School.
