Our Playing Schedule For Saturday Afternoon
Saturday April 27th, 2012, Wave 2.

If we win our first pool, we stay at Jamestown High and play at 2:30, work at 3:30, play at 4:30.

If we finish 2nd on our first pool, we move to Lafayette High School and we work at 2:30, then play at both 3:30 and 4:30. 

If we finished 3rd on our first pool, we move to James Blair Middle and we work at 2:30, then play at both 3:30 and 4:30.

Team Check In:

"We are offering electronic "check-in" for those who wish to do so. We are trying to keep the check-in process as simple as possible. Your team can check in one of two ways:

Method 1) The Head Coach, or Club Director, can send an email confirming their attendance at the tournament and attaching a copy of their current roster(s), if possible, or confirming that they have checked their roster in AES. Please include the Team Name(s), Club Name, participating Division, contact name, email, and phone number in the body of the email. Please put "2012 Rumble Check-In" in the Subject heading for the email, and send the email to jortiz@williamsburgvolleyball.com.
Electronic Check-In is available until 6:00 pm Wednesday, April 25th.

Method 2) A Coach or club director can check the team in at Quarterpath Recreation Center, 202 Quarterpath Road, Williamsburg, between 5:30 pm and 8:30 pm Friday, April 27th.

Tournament Format:

Saturday - A.M. (8:00 or 11:00) and P.M. (2:30 to 5:30)  
All 3 team pools will be match play two SETS to 25, start at 4, with a third SET if necessary; played to 15, switch at 8.   After the second match and any time thereafter, the Site Director and/or the referee has the authority to have play begin at 6 (for 3 team pools) if they feel it is necessary in the interest of time.

Sunday - A.M. (8:00 or 10:00) Wave 3
All pools will be played two SETS to 25, start at 6, no 3rd set

If we're ever in a 4-team pool, it will be played two SETS to 25; start at 6, no 3rd SET.  After the second match and any time thereafter, the Site Director and/or the referee has the authority to have play begin at 8.

Sunday - P.M. (1:00 to 6:00)
Playoffs
All playoff matches will be played best of 3 (25/25/15) start at 0; switch at 8 during 3rd set.
If 20-30 minutes behind start at 4 (0 for 3rd set).
If 30+ minutes behind start at 6 (0 for 3rd set).

TIE BREAKING PROCEDURES
1) Head to Head Match, if still tied;          2) Head to Sets, if still tied;
3) Head to Head Point Differential, if still tied;         4) Total Point Differential, if still tied;
5) Wave 1 = Coin Flip;
